Strange in a campy way. Some prescient poignancy on biological/environmental manipulation. Terrible acting, except maybe for Janet Leigh. Cool pyrotechnics for the time. Bugs was a no show, as was Elmer, not that he could’ve helped with much, wit dose wabbits. It’s all the kids fault, as usual.
