Not for kids! The animal abuse scenes were heartbreaking. I would say it was more like a horror movie. 85% scary and disturbing and 15% fun. Yes the end was good but it took soooo long to get there. And almost all of that was really sad. Not whimsical, not lighthearted. The actors were good. The effects were great. The music was good. That’s what the three stars are for. Not for the story.
