My number one movie of all time period.
Everything about this story had beauty.
From the haunting opening theme Herbert Grönemeyer to the multi European cast.
Idyllic location this was a modern day film noir OMG moment.
Hopefully Jack Edward Clark will return in a sequel as an older man having survived the gun attack at the end of the scene.

Truly, truly brilliant movie that 'appears' to have quintessentially been banned from TV.
Glenn Ford at his absolute best in a TV all star cast.
Messages from the past, I'm truly surprised Paul Wendkos got the budget to make this film.
(David Icke) would be chuffed and proud.
A remake with 'George Clooney' (Playing professor Patterson) and 'Gwyneth Paltrow' playing his wife 'should be' on the cards.
