Just beat Origami king. Bought a switch lite mainly for this game and the rumored(now reality) Super Mario 3D All Stars. I haven’t had a Nintendo since the Wii in my teens; I also grew with all the gameboys. Origami king is by far the BEST paper Mario game. The story takes you through a journey of friendship, trust, and also turns pretty dark. The dark moments are sad but Olivia’s personality is the balance that lightens up the journey and keeps you on the bright side; along with the most colorful places ever. The visuals are stunning with colors so vibrant that make each place memorable. The purple streamer is my favorite place. I was worried about the switch lite but this game (and astral chains) made me realize the switch lite runs great and smoothly. I love these turn based Mario games; including Mario + Rabbids Kingdom battle. Really hope we see more of these type of turn based games in Mario. Truly underrated!!
