Humare Barah is not your typical Bollywood drama. From the very first scene, it makes you uncomfortable — and that’s exactly what it wants. It dives straight into controversial but necessary conversations around overpopulation, religion, patriarchy, and especially a woman’s right to choose. As an audience member, I found myself both engaged and disturbed — in the best way possible. This movie makes you think, and it doesn’t let you stay neutral.
