Jyl Lewis

I've been watching this show for several seasons now. It's still a good show but not as good as it used to be. I get being in a competition but there’s just a certain level of disrespect that shouldn’t be tolerated like the head cook on the current season 17 from Plates on Deck. He's downright nasty to the people on his team. Especially, to the female chef. That's not a fault of the show but I don't think he should be allowed to remain because he doesn't represent what the show is about. He's arrogant and not a good team player at all.
