This RISE framework, like all of Jan's work, is grounded in best practice. The RISE framework was very successful with our students in a rural Title 1 school. The teachers felt confident providing the intervention because we all use Next Steps in Guided Reading as our guide for our guided reading groups. I would recommend this to all interventionists! Fabulous!
