Adela Palomino

I have been studying classics for nearly ten years now, and I am extremely picky about Greek myth/epic adaptations. I went into this series expecting to be disappointed but instead I was pleasantly surprised. I was captivated every second and was so happy to realize that the entire series stayed true to Homer’s Odyssey. Of course, no cinematic remake can ever quote a literary work word for word but this series comes very close. A few minor details are left out, as is to be expected, but nothing major or entirely relevant to the plot. If you have read Homer, or just want a good series to watch, I will forever recommend this one.
