Hey Whoopi I think if people get pulled over by a policeman and they ask to get out of the car and don’t listen but then try to fight the officer then try to run seems they are looking for trouble. My dad always told me if you get pulled over so what they say you are only making the situation worse. Unless of course you run because you have something to hide usually causes conflict. Seems many of these issues are starting from resistance.
