Very disappointing debut. The characters' actions made no sense about half the time, the dialog seemed forced, and it was just unrelentingly depressing, with most of the scenes dimly lit or actually taking place at night. The debut was 2 hours, but I gave up after an hour and watched reruns of "Everyone Loves Raymond" instead. About an hour later, I realized that CBS gave up "NCIS: Hawaii" so they could air this instead. What a mistake! NCIS: Hawaii was unrealistic (of course, all the NCIS shows are), but at least they had some fun with it, and it was in Hawaii! "Origins" on the other hand, probably can't even spell fun, and they seem determined to drag themselves through the mud of whatever it is that they're going through, and take the viewer along with them. In the words of the immortal Yogi Berra, "Include me out."
