I found it providing me with an insight of an individual with sentiments that create an imagination of how he perceives the mystery of existence. Intelligence is creative but It does not know everything, But his views in my opinion are interesting. The fact he chose to call his ideas “Sapiens” is a good title. Yes Sapiens know things they see, hear, feel, and experience but do not know everything. They have habits they like and some they hate.
The world is where Sapiens reside, and all have a freewill that is free to choose whatever. The writer admits he is gay and an atheist. That is not a reason to criticize him, but since we all have freewill, we respect the opinions of others but may not agree or accept each others life styles; thus, I do appreciate his book as informing me that intelligence is universal.
As a Catholic I think everyone is entitled to their opinions and appreciate their confessions, we all have human flaws, and we forgive one another, because God forgives us all when we confess our flaws. The fact that this writer is honest about his lifestyle is honorable. His insights written in his book I find amenable.
