This series gives you the feeling of sadness. And that's absolutely okay. Mainstream romantic series are often times predictable to have happy endings based on what is acceptable to the viewers. But this one isn't. It does not really aim to please its viewers but more likely to teach a lesson even if love and relationship is portrayed in a fictional way. Kudos to the characters especially for Kim So Hyun being able to portray a very difficult character. One line that struct me the most is when she said that "You can be sentimental about a person, but it does not mean that you still like/love them". I think many viewers can relate to this especially those who had past relationship that did not go so well.
In addition, there were minimal intimate episodes shown amongst the characters. But I think majority can admit that even with the lack of intimate scenes, you can feel the intensity of the romance being portrayed. A reminder that actors does not have to show so much skin and rely on dramatized love scenes just to make the viewers feel enticed with the scenes.
Song Kang and Go Ja-Ram played their roles excellently. And you just can't help but fall in love with Song Kang and feel sympathetic towards Go Ja Ram in this series. I am hoping for a season 3 ( even if its quiet impossible)
Overall this series is a 5/5 for me :)
