FYI!! LONG READ!! Started watching yankii gang like type movies and happen to come across this movie. The story’s pacing and its ideas progressing wasn’t too bad until the transition to the ending. I wasn’t too much of a fan in some of the scenes. But I did enjoy the flighting scenes. As a whole I guess I do understand and like the general aspect of the movie. - A guy who’s a gangster that’s just trying to provide for his family however it’s full of risk and the gang life isn’t sweet and forgiving. + the catching up with old friends and its tensions + a bit of romance. Too bad it didn’t have much development with the romance but it also depicts that that’s just how it be in the gangster life also. In my opinion if I made this movie I would’ve particularly never added the romance plus the other siblings since they didn’t give enough attachments with the movie. Now if they went with the mom and little brother route and have the lil brother look up to him but he’s the book smart kid. That also would give a more likening for the mc to being more ruthless and more at stake since he’d have an ailing mom and lil bro who could have a better future. Plus it could blossom a sequel with the little brother growing up becoming like an undercover agent blinded with revenge. Or just be like his brother climbing up the rank but with nothing to lose. Overall it was a good movie but it's not enough for me to rewatch it.
