First one was great for the first two acts until the final battle, this however, was boring the whole time, the CGI for Cheetah was so dreadful they purposefully darkened the scenes she was in and the weird physics of the movie was really strange. I don't mind the minimal action if the story is good but it was full of plot holes / conveniences and poor story arcs for almost every character. Most issues seem to originate from the script and not direction, that being said, the pacing was awful, getting worse as the movie goes on. Swing and a miss. So disappointed, hopefully WW3 is a return to form.
