This is one of my favorite sci-fi movies but I save my five ratings for really special movies.

I love this movie. I used to own it and there's something about Nicole Kidman that really intrigued me. Being a fellow tall (5'9") blonde child at the time, I related to her and she inspired confidence I lacked. Val kilmer is pretty great in this movie too however, seeing him now is shocking. The old new Batman didn't look great the last time I saw his picture. Tommy Lee Jones was in his element to an extreme in this movie, and the scene with the Circus is Awesome to say the least. Jim Carrey was almost overlooked in my opinion compared to previously stated actors though I couldn't think of a better Edward Norton for back then. I'm aware of the bad reviews and can understand the reasoning behind them, but I say this movie is Great.

This was one of my favorite movies (on VHS 😂 )... I don't understand why the rotten tomatoes rating was only 21%. I still enjoy this movie in my mid 30s!
