The books are fantastic, detailed and with a really good story line that is actually going to have an end. No spoilers. The TV series is unusual in that it does a more than a fair job of following the plot of the novels. The political arena is believable, the action is continuous and the characterization is great. Another thing that is exceptional in this series is the accent that all 'belters' use. It really makes them into the spin off race that they are supposed to be. Thankfully, Amazon Prime seems to be happy to continue the series. It probably needs another three to get to a satisfactory ending. My family will be watching and hoping! The Expanse was the reason we signed up to Prime and we don't regret it.
