Excellent. Just see the film. I applaud M.W. for his performance here. Loved the movie. My bottom line: Impactful. If your heart is the least bit soft you'll take action for the better after this. Highly recommend. IMO - if you are Christian the least bit desirous of sharing your faith - this is a MUST see, "ministry in modern life" irrespective of denomination/faith path. Watch with the Jesus lense over your heart, not a Pharisee's mindset. The transition stories woven throughout the film are poignant, evoking inner contemplation and relatable desire to "do better" to "be good," while illustrating how, despite challenges, anyone can take the first step to do so. As a Christian, (hanging my hat on Baptist teachings, KJV all the way), I loved the film and hope you do, too. Mark Wahlberg should get an Oscar/accolades here!!! Mel Gibson, Jacki Weaver, Teresa Ruiz, and the entire cast whose names I don't know (or I would mention) are also deserving of respect for stellar performances, not to mention those behind the scenes putting it all together. WELL DONE!
