This soap was great until the late 80's when it became the Reva Shane show played by mediocre actress Kim Zimmer. At that point the episodes went from cutting edge socially relevant plots, to ridculous cliched and trite storylines. I'm giving five stars for it's former greatness not for the sad way it ended.
