Uneducated and lacked nuance. This book is belittling and rooted in toxic positivity and personal expierence. The author fails to see that some people require different tools to work through difficult experiences, and rather than celebrating the nuances of life and people’s different journeys she tends to yell that her experience is the only one. Would not recommend as I find this type of rhetoric dangerous.
