Honestly, there is a great premise here, but they kept muddling it up with constant interruptions comprised of ill-timed ideological banter that actually derail some scenes, (ie souvenir store scene). Introducing characters who come across primarily as ideological mouthpieces show the writers have no grasp of subtlety; I felt I was getting preached at rather than watching a TV show. It almost irritated me enough after the first 1 1/2 episodes to give up on the series entirely. Regardless of what side of the political fence one resides on, Disney needs to learn that preaching is best suited to documentaries, not popcorn shows and movies. Entertain us first!!!
