other than few plot convenience here and there, this is a perfect film in terms of story telling .on par or even better than drushyam in some aspects . Kudos to writers ,director and bgm director. also All actors have done excellent work . I don't like or watch movies that use sexual assault as a way to draw emotion from audience, that's the only reason I gave 4 stars. easily one of the best thrillers in recent times in world cinema .

can someone publish a book about how this movie was made ?

how is this movie any different from Elysium ( which was far superior) . the design of nomad was pretty bad in my opinion. I don't know whether they were trying to replicate death star but you don't feel threatened by it at all. it has no strategic benefit other than being up on the sky . how was it floating ? if it was on the orbit , it can't just float around like a baloon and how was rockets penetrating the atmosphere and then explode on land , which they can do today without this stupid thing .visuals are great but same can be said about transformers movies. I can't believe this guy made rogue one but somehow I can believe he directed first Godzilla movie which was pretty boring .

if I watched this in theatre , i would have walked out after interval ( India). first half complete opposite to second half ,which is freaking awesome. chapter wise execution didnot make sense to me .overall best horror in recent times ( second half ). i understand they were trying to establish characters in the first half ,but execution leaves you desired for more , but you will forgive them at the end . the American family subplot was too dramatic like Indian tv serial. the snake thing was not explained and may be it was language barrier, i didnot understood the double grave explanation as to why the American Korean buried their father there . was it becaz he was traitor and the people buried him on top of the grave of the invaders? the snake was killed and it haunted a side character ? the old guy went back to bury the snake but instead he exhumed another grave , why though , he knew something was bad shouldn't he had closed the grave . why the cremation can't happen at night . they knew it was dangerous but still went to spend a night at temple and partied there ,instead of completing the cremation.

Got me through the sick day .I would have liked bit more action .
