Absolutely awful game, worst community out there, every update is riddled with bugs and balancing issues, don't play this game unless you hate your life

Review for the remaster. As someone who went into this game with high expectations having played a wide array of games with similar concepts and genres, I was really disappointed in what I ended up playing. Alan Wake plays like a ps2 game, story is boring and cliché, enemies are boring and repetitive, gameplay is bland. Most importantly the controls are downright infuriating. Terrible game, avoid at all costs. Really disappointed in how this game turned out. If I could get a refund on it I would. Don't be fooled by the good reviews, the game really is a product of its time, its an old game that was overly ambitious for its time, the gameplay reflects this for all the wrong reasons, even in the ps5 remaster.

March to October mode is very clearly rigged in the AIs favour giving you almost no chance of winning important games. Dynamic difficulty is also very unfair (in my experience practically every walkoff puts the difficulty up a full level) it gets to the point where you suddenly lose constantly, needs fixing badly.

Great premise, awful execution. This movie is a mess of poor underdeveloped characters, an uninteresting plot, and a lack of any interesting dialogue, I struggled to sit through this terrible movie, honestly if you are thinking about watching this movie, don't.

Incredibly underrated. I will admit that the plot for this movie is incredibly lazy however the action scenes and the jokes more than make up for this, I went to the cinema to see this movie with my friend and we both agreed in terms of action it was the best fast movie yet, please watch this movie before thinking its just a lazy uninteresting cashgrab. 4 Stars from me
