A hidden gem. Well written and exceptionally acted. It is told through a female's pov in the 1700's Scotland and American Colonies. Also, in the American 1940's. It is not for the faint of heart as it was tough living back then. Particularly during the wars. But, the foundation is love and family. This person's soulmate lived 200 years before she was ever born. Most of us don't meet our true soul mate. I really wish time travel were real to some extent. Lol! Give it a try! I particularly love the 1st season as it focusus in Scotland, their clans and traditions.

Very entertaining. Yes, they are teens but it doesn't feel that way. No high school drama or perhaps very little of it you will not notice. These kids head into some very serious situations so there is no time at all for high school drama. They are forced to grow up fast. If you're about ( or around) my age, 57ish, don't let the name of the series keep you away. Its worth the watch. Its up there with the best supernatural TV series around.

It was the worst thing I've watched in a long time. Someone help me understand, that this wasn't as bad as I thought.
