yea, no. I saw that this got 81% on rotten tomatoes and was absolutely flabbergasted. After reading some reviews online, it seems like there are a lot of allegory, symbolism, and foreshadowing that check the boxes for some critics. I didn't hate the movie but was begging for it to be over because it was boring and not scary. I would not recommend it.
