I think Acrimony is one of the best Tyler Perry movies in my opinion .the movie shows real life problems that most grown adults that are married can go through. Plus a lesson learned for the average couple.I like this movie because it shows problems the couple experienced and their own point of views. The movie is about two married adults Melinda and Robert.They been together for a very long time and met each other in college. They were college sweethearts, just like most married couples.The marriage ended up coming to an end.Melinda felt like she was breaking her back everyday for Robert while he worked on an unsuccessful battery business for years plus giving her hell by cheating on her.Robert seen I different view he felt like Melinda didn’t believe in him and his dream and was mean and bitter and let her big sisters get inside of her head by saying begging things about him. Melinda finally divorced him then Robert married another woman that actually believed his dreams. Robert business became successful and fortunate.He gave the other woman everything he promised Melinda. When Melinda saw everything he did for the other woman she became angry, aggressive and bitter.I think this movie gives viewers a lesson to never give up on their partner even at their lowest points.Robert dream finally came true when Melinda left him. Melinda needed to be patient and stick with him no matter what. Melinda let her sisters give her the idea that Robert was a bad man.In reality she just didn't believe the battery will become successful.She suffered from many negative emotions just because she didn't hang around through hard times and had disbelief of her husband.
