Our Flag Means Death is a wonderfully unique show that is described as a comedy series but it is so much more. The show has done so much for the LGBTQIA+ community by being inclusive of all types of people. The most amazing thing about OFMD is that queer people are not expected to explain themselves or justify their preferences or orientations; this is what the real world should be like. The show is very much a comedy, with tonnes of sarcasm and physical comedy, but it's also very much a romance. The show also redefines the meaning of masculinity and explores the ways in which men relate to one another. It's a wonderful show that has brought so much joy and happiness to people and I am so thankful that it exists!
