What kills ANEK is that it tries to be too moralistic... Northeast people don't want the sympathy of the Rest of India. They want equal rights in all walks of life.

Toofan has got its heart at the right place but its soul is missing somewhere. Good acting from all the actors on-screen but somehow it seemed as if its a low or limited budget movie.
