When I'm down and need something to lift me up I turn to this book and read a page or two. From there, I meditate and think about how good God has been to me. The pictures in this book are awesome!! And the messages warms my heart in so many ways. I recommend facing reality the man in the mirror to everyone because this is the type of love that we need to start showing one another.
