If CNN was smart they would offer Tucker 30 million a yr to do the 8 pm...Megan Kelly 20 million to do 9 pm and move Anderson to 10 pm. CNN would then return to the top of the ratings. If not then they will end up in 3rd or 4th for a very long time.
