This is a magical film, almost too perfect fo our time, like the magical beings of its many, lyrical tales. I had not seen it since my daughter was 4. She had loved it with me then, and in the time of the pandemic, when I cannot see her, it seemed to connect me to the magic of her childhood, and mine. If you have not seen it, prepare to hear a lovely story.
