I really want to love this book but it is so slow. It’s taken me 3 months to get to the middle of it because I keep falling asleep. It feels muddy and confusing. I love the two children but not enough to endure all the surrounding, dare I say it, pretty boring padding out and the going on and on. There are so many other books I hate giving up but 😴
