To put it bluntly, if you loved the Aincrad Arc of SAO, there’s no reason for you to not love this. It’s Episode 1 of the Aincrad Arc, the very first Episode of SAO, fleshed out more with the POV switched to Asuna. What’s not to love about it? This has resulted in Kirito and Asunas initial meeting from the Anime making far more sense and adding a deep layer to their overall relationship The added characters were well done too, definitely felt like they had a nice impact on the overall story and could very well fit into the rest of Progressive with ease The Action was more flashy than the original, similar to Alicization. So if you loved the action scenes in Alicization, you’ll love what this movie has to offer And the music, some brilliant choices for this film including remixes of Fan Favourites like ‘Luminous Sword’. An amazing Soundtrack in this film, that’s for sure Amazing adaptation of the Progressive Arc, can’t wait to see what happens from here onwards…
