I was very excited because both main characters are actors who excel in their roles in every film. Especially Jung Hae In in the series DP and Prison Playbook. I recommend this film if you're looking for something light, touching, and enjoyable. Don't watch this film expecting Jung Hae In to be cold, quiet, and cool; he can portray a very different role from his usual image. Meanwhile, Jung So Min, as always, manages to play a funny, dominant woman. Overall, this series is light and fun. The chemistry between the main characters is truly adorable.
The story isn’t overly dramatic because it simply tells the reality of falling in love with a childhood friend. In my opinion, this makes the story feel really realistic and actually quite enjoyable. It’s important to note that this is the kind of movie with a healing storyline. It doesn’t cause stress, and nothing feels exaggerated. Especially the friendship between the moms—that part is absolutely the best. Also, if you’re expecting a lovey-dovey kind of romantic drama, I don’t think it’s possible here because they’ve been so close since they were kids. So, the relationship will naturally feel different compared to typical romantic portrayals.
