From my actual point of view the bestseller Serotonine by Michael Houellebecq has a totally different perspective.The author and the main character see how the European Union lows destroy French milk industry and cheese production by promoting globalization and free trade. I am on the farmer side.Farmers know that cows milk is for calves,but do not know that animal milk and cheese value for human is a myth(as other animal proteins). First I was shocked too,than I read THE CHINA STUDY by Colin Campbell and other studies. The farmers must know and adapt in stead of lose time and money.Consumers know,animal milk consumption fall every day, plant based milk consumption rise every day. Nadia Katuric
