Sara Jessika’s line is very touching, sad, and, unfortunately, way too close to home. She really gives an amazing performance. But that is about it for me in this series. Everything else feels like diversity and inclusion politically correct check marks. Gay couple - checked; Lesbians- checked; Race difference-checked; reproductively challenged - checked; They - checked. It is like producers were so afraid to miss something or not to be liberal enough that it actually looks artificial and lame.
