This is a very touching, sensitive portrait of an adolescent in love and at sea with becoming an adult. Beautifully written with some of the best one liners I have ever read, captures the peculiar vulnerability of the adolescent for whom the experience of love is excruciating, exhilarating and compulsive.
A really wonderful book. Don’t miss it.
