First off, while Henry Cavill doesn't really look the part... he plays it very well, Jasker in season 1 was pretty good as well. That is where the positive end and the negatives begin... the dialogue? Terrible. Do the actors have chemistry? Not in the least, Ciri and Yen feel more like socially awkward co-workers than friends. Geralt and Yen's romance seems very one sided when it comes to feeling, "genuine" the other Witchers are fine for the most part... but Vesemir would NEVER have thought about using that potion on Ciri, nor would Geralt or Yen EVER PLACE THAT GIRL IN ANY DANGER EVER, she was BAIT! Geralt knows there is always a change and would never chance it. The overall story just fell flat because I could never love these characters that they created, because they're 1-dimensional and bland.
I feel like they came into this with disdain for the books and games.
Also there is a zero percent chance that the majority of these reviews are real and would like to know how much they were paid for it.
