Yes, by now we're familiar with all the bullet dodging, kung foo and hyper-symbology that gives the Matrix movie collection its flavour. And like a new band the sound is freshest at first, and has become familiar. My advice though - forget the rest, and start with a fresh openness. This movie is chock-full of goodness. Familiar goodness - but goodness none the less! It's a super rich story - and can be a lot to keep up with. And some might find it a bit much and overbearing. I found it helpful to watch a quick summary of the trilogy so the plot wasn't lost on me to begin with. The metaphors are rich, and once again it seems to get at the core of our own world predicament, challenging the viewer to wake up, rise up, and to challenge our own system. This is the kind of entertainment that is so relevant right now... isn't it?
