I was strangely disappointed. Our church rented out the theater with the impression from the trailer that this was a full length Christmas movie about the birth of Jesus . We had invited people to see a full-length movie about the birth of Jesus Christ. What we got was 80 + minutes of artist singing and preaching, that was not authentic, that did not happen at the birth of Christ. So yes, with good reason I am criticizing this approach. Please tell me if you're going to sing to me and preach to me do not lead me to believe that you are going to present me with an authentic dramatic presentation. Granted, the artists singing was good, however, that is not what I came to see and that is not what the trailer led me and others to believe was being presented! Let me end with this poignant thought: where was the mention Of Jesus Christ dying for our sins??? After all that is why He came!
