About tax deals, jingles and then swindles, between Canadian government and the owners of West Edmonton Mall. In 2004 Miss Jamie Knight rescued Howard, a dolphin who had been left alone in a tank of water located in West Edmonton Mall. This book helped to inspire Jamie Knight to have Howard transferred to Florida where he was to be rehabbed in an outdoor facility next to ocean water and let go back into the wild to live among other dolphins in the sea. Jamie spent time at West Edmonton Mall comforting the dolphin up until the time management agreed to release him and to be sent to Florida where he lived with other dolphins, next to the ocean, with the sun on his face.
