I enjoyed it so far. Not sure who it's aimed at as the sort of people old enough that they have seen the mysteries this is riffing on are the ones getting their knickers in a bunch because there are swear words and not sure how many younger people get the references, maybe it's for us Gen Xers. . Unlikeable protagonist like Mr Poirot himself, check, lesbians just now longer hidden in the subtext check, fancy locations and rich people with exotic backgrounds check. Classic Agatha Christie style shenanigans through a more modern lens. I'll be interested to see if it sticks the landing, but then even Ms Christie couldn't always manage that.
