Grainne Callan

Troubled police officer continues bad behavior as a 9-1-1 operator thinking he's the only one who can save the people he chooses to save. It's more frustrating to watch the person we are supposed to be cheering violate rule after rule and protocol after protocol, all the while turning away other callers because the officer prejudges the injury. I'm surprised an actor of Jake Gyllehnal's caliber did this movie. Overall, a disappointing experience.
