Just like everyone else I watched the movie and came here to read reviews because I wanted to see how other people felt after seeing the movie. For me, it had a pretty good start and there is a message in it for anyone who understands what message the writer was trying to pass across but the movie has too many faults.
First, in between the start and the end it stopped making a lot of sense and the ending felt rushed.
Secondly, the maid tried to portray herself as the victim but she really isn't. I feel sorry for her situation but not the maid herself. She was an active party in seducing her boss and encouraged him to have an affair with her. I'm not saying I don't find fault with her boss too but she has the most faults here.
The writer also tried to portray her as an innocent lady but she's had suitors before and isn't innocent at all. Would an innocent lady be well versed in the act of seduction? No!
Then she talks about revenge but only ends up committing suicide in front of the whole family. How is that in any way mistaken for revenge? The family moved on with their lives and she ended hers when she could have taken the offer of money and made a new life for herself and her baby.
The only thing I find disturbing is the little girl Nami on her birthday party after she witnessed her nanny's suicide and will most likely never forget it for the rest of her life.
