Just watched an episode on 11.09.23 with the most ANNOYING airhead person 'Emma' and her daughter Charlotte. Had no clue what she wanted asking for modern and full of character. Was offered exactly what they wanted but were not satisfied. If I were the presenter I think I'd have slapped them both.
