Till the current days I used to watch Mithai very sincerely. But now I am quite disappointed to observe the carelessness of the production team about the storyline. In previous episodes it was shown that Siddhartha started for Odissa on the very night of Poila Boishakh, and within two or three days his accident happened. Then after a long three-month period he returned as Ricky the Rockstar and performed a concert on 21st July. Then how within a few days can Rabindra Jayanti and Jamai Shashthi come? Not only that, on 7th June episode Siddhartha was discussing with Halla Party about Aparajita's consent on the dance school while he was with his Ricky-like long clustered hair, and suddenly it was found that he had a hair cut. We don't expect such level of inconsistency.

The show was broadcast in India on around '89-'90, and my then 3-year old tiny brother used to imagine himself as Jesse ! Such an overwhelming show it was !
