Having played 6, Sport and 7, I can say that 5 is the best out of the bunch. Feels welcoming for beginners, physics feel like the old games and theres plenty to do. Only downsides are the car sounds for alot of the cars. Alot of cars are just copy and paste in terms of sounds. Some cars are ported from GT4 and the PSP version which is just lazy considering Polyphony had 5 years to develop the game.

I wouldn't call the game 100% perfect but it was damn close. The updated graphics, animations, new machines, returning characters having greater roles, Ashley Burch returning, just Kotallo being there etc. I did feel however it was harder to explore than Zero dawn. For causal players like me who don't like to be challenged in big open world games like this, it was a tad annoying to find out I'm constantly missing 1 or 2 parts for a outfit or weapon. But aside from that, 9.5/10 from me. Aloy is my new favourite all time game hero (or heroine in this case)
