Tiny Creatures isn't a documentary. Documentaries present facts alongside realistic footage. Tiny Creatures presents a cartoonified animal in a made up story that is scripted and shot like a movie. The first episode featured a desert rat in a quest to reclaim its home from a snake. This unrealistic scenario only gets more and more preposterous as the episode draws on to its ridiculous conclusion. It's such a disappointment to find this garbage floating among the many outstanding documentaries on Netflix.
