This movie genuinely sucks. All of the Leaf/Sand ninjas are comically weaker than in canon and for some reason, they've all lost their wits. The antagonists have some weird powers that aren't fueled by chakra or so it seems - the main antagonist, Temujin, had never even heard of chakra when Naruto used his Rasengan. There's hardly any plot and everything just seems to come out of nowhere. I'm honestly appalled. The animation was great but compared to Ninja Clash in the Land of Snow, it was subpar. My best advice is don't watch it.
