Teagan Posey

One of favorite games I’ve played this year. I’m not even usually into mainly story-driven games but all the characters are super likable and I loved getting to work through all of the questlines and endings. Honestly it’s hard to say what exactly peaked my interest about it but I just had so much fun wandering around the little deep sea world and talking to fish. It is hard to describe how quickly I came to love all of the main cast, even as someone who tends to get annoyed by many characters in games like this lmao. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking to relax and take their time with a game by looking at pretty scenery and thinking through (inexplicably) tough, but rewarding, decisions.

It was climatic and fit a lot of plot into a fairly short time without making the story hard to follow. The end was great (no spoilers) and felt like a very powerful and victorious scene despite the sadness.

I was going into this expecting to criticize it a ton and generally be one of those 'the original is so much better' people but it was actually very good. Like I'll always have love for the original but the characters are super endearing and the plot is pretty fun. I think it definitely beats out some of the worse seasons of the original series, at the very least.
