"If you follow my steps" was said numerous times but clear instruction, or steps, were never given.
All I got out of the book was "eat natural food."
How are we supposed to listen to someone who tells you to eat what you want unless it's meat? He claims he's not telling you to not eat meat while talking out the other side of his mouth saying humans aren't supposed to eat meat.
I got this book because another person talked about his book on quitting smoking and how he went through every excuse for why you're smoking and by the end of the book you didn't feel the need to smoke.
I was hoping this book would be the same. Instead it was non stop rambling with no point.
Like every diet book that claims it's not a diet book they go on about the importance of eating a wide variety of fresh food. Lots of color on your plate! We've heard it all before. Every tip and trick. Someone needs to write a book that doesn't assume people are stupid. Assumes we've heard it all before and helps with the mental part of eating. I don't need a book to tell me overeating is bad. It's obvious. I don't need any more tips that have been told by dozens of books and nutritionists and doctors. I know them all. If it were just a matter of will power I wouldnt have bought a book to help me.
